[WEEK 1 INDEPENDENT TASK - 18 Sketches ]
Here are the 18 sketches I did this week ! I chose Heston Blumenthal and Revival Cycles for my 2 clients.
Heston Blumenthal: Sponge (Noun) Breathe (Verb) Rustic (Adj)

Thanks Ginny, these are the first set ive seen on the class blog that actually start to look at line thicknesses and hatchwork in drawing out a section. And so they start to read as sections with assemblies and parts, rather than line drawings.
ReplyDeletedoesnt look like there'll be any problems starting inquisitive/rustic. But i would say the inquisitive part of inquisitive/sponge has a lot of potential to architecturalise - considering theres already things such as the articulation of different material properties, thicknesses of parts, spaces overlapping etc. Inquisitive/breathe looks like you have considered how the architecture can connect on three different levels instead of just two. Maybe these could be something reserved for option 2 later on.
